Hi everyone first time on here. We are travelling to Memphis via Chicago can anyone advise me. Will we have to reclaim our luggage at Chicago after immigration before our onward flight to Memphis ( they are both with United ) we have approx 2 hours 15 mins between flights will this be enough ? Has anyone else done this route will we have to change terminals at Chicago ? Sorry for the questions thank you

When you arrive on an International flight, you will have to claim your luggage. After Immigration, Customs may inspect your bags before allowing you into the US. There should be United Airline personnel there to assist you in checking your bags for an onward flight. It looks like you will arrive at Terminal 5, the International Terminal. Then either T-1 or T-2 for your flight to MEM. 2 hours plus should be enough time to make your flight to MEM.
