13 Nights South Island itinerary help

We (4 ladies) are nature lovers and we love nature scenic places. Besides we love easy hiking and bicycle riding. We'll going to south island in November. We've came out with a tentative itinerary. Below is our itinerary:

At Wanaka you could look at the walk to Rob Roy Glacier Lookout. The Mount Iron walk is very small, I think?

I'd do Akaroa / Banks Peninsula as a self drive daytrip and stay back at the same place in Christchurch, personally. Either that or take a quick look then hit the road for Mt Cook area the same day to get to the exciting stuff.

Queenstown is scenic, but touristy too - most people either love it or hate it.

Thank you Andyf for your advice.
