Suggested Itineray of travelling Europe

Hi,
Asking for any experianced European travellers to suggest a three month interail Itinerary,
As I live in London I have seen a lot of European cities on weekend trips like for e.g Prague, Tallinn, Amsterdam, Barcelona etc,
But looking into doing a three month prolonged trip.
I love seeing great towns or cities off the tourist trail or any suggestions of unknown places that people could recommend that they have done.
Eastern Europe would figure highly in my plans as I love the history and food and any suggestions on the Nordic countries as well.
Many thanks.

Hey!
I would highly recommend the Balkan countries - there's so many 'hidden gems' (not many places are truly unknown these days in Europe though) and they're all a lot cheaper than Western Europe and Scandinavia.

Brasov, Sighisoara (Romania)
Veliko Tarvnovo, Plovdiv, Sozopol (Bulgaria)
Ohrid, Skopje (Macedonia)
Sarande, Gjirokaster (Albania)
Kotor Bay, Bar (Montengro)
Mostar, Sarajevo (Bosnia & Herzegovina)
Belgrade (Serbia)
Dubrovnik, Split, Plitvice Lakes (Croatia)
Lake Bled, Ljubljana (Slovenia)

Or if you'd prefer to stay further North...
Gdansk, Wroclaw, Krakow (Poland)
Vilnius (Lithuania)
Trencin, Kosice, Zdiar (Slovakia)
Budapest, Szeged (Hungary)

I can't recommend these places highly enough. I personally really enjoyed my time at all of them!
O.J.

Thanks for your suggestions mate,
I was in Croatia and Montenegro in April, both are amazing countries . I see that your in the Balkans at the moment, if you pass through Montenegro again, Cetinje the old capital and Ostrog Monastery (carved out of a mountain face) are well worth a visit,
Enjoy your trip.
