Hi everyone!
I've just been granted my working holiday visa and plan to go late January 2015. I will be going alone and planning to head to Sydney first. I'm going with an open mind and would like to travel round Australia. Is anyone else planning on going in January? I'd love a travel buddy as it's a little daunting thinking of doing it alone!!

Hey il be in oz for two stints! First in jan landing in Melbourne and travelling up the coast! Am going to Sydney end of feb beginning if march and meeting my friend and doing some festivals! More than welcome x

Am also planning on doing Australia in January time; probably starting in Melbourne and traveling up the East Coast over a year or so, then onto NZ most likely! What kind of work is everyone looking to do??

Are you doing it alone aswell? I don't really know what I want to do when I'm there, anything that makes ends meet!! What are you planning on doing? I definitely want to travel up the east coast aswell!!

I'm not working! I'm just travelling for the 9 weeks between Melbourne and Brisbane! 12th jan to 6th April! Would love to meet up with anyone else travelling that route
I wish I could just travel Aus & NZ but it's just too expensive for me, especially as I'm currently traveling Europe so money is not in abundance at the moment. But yeah I'll be going solo - probably doing any job I can get my hands on, including a bit of farm work at some points so that I have the option of a 2nd year visa if I want to do it. Would like to work in a hostel too as it seems like a lot of fun!! Fiji and Vanuatu look lovely too.
