If you have sorted the accommodation in different parts of the country likewise Kathmandu, Nagakot, Bardiya, Dhulikhel and Pokhara the please travel the following suggested way which I hope worth and time saving.
1. Arrive in Kathmandu, stroll around Kathmandu
2. Travel to Bardiya(you have not mentioned the mood of transport how you travel to Bardiya) and then drive to Pokhara.
3. Drive or fly to Kathmandu and then visit rest of the city such as Dhulikhel and Nagarkot.
If you are intend to hire a professional tour guide during your trip to various areas then hire from Kathmandu which is more reliable and knowledgable and experienced for all the historical places.
