I'm not much use with what is available there in respect of your jobs. Although my chum was there last year and she was able to get bar work/ reception work quite easily. Depending on if you would be willing to do that until you got what you wanted.
Me and my chum are heading out round about the same dates, she's just out for a month and I've got my years working visa. I work in social work so hoping to find something in that. Plan is to travel about a bit and then head back to Sydney. If yous have any luck finding somewhere, let me know.☺️
