You may try going to St. Lukes hospital in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. I am not familiar with doctors names but i know good hospitals in Manila. You may also try hospitals in Makati but it is more convenient to go in BGC.
Depends where you are staying. Top ones are Makati Medical in Makati, St. Luke's in Quezon City and BGC, Medical City in Ortigas, Pasig. Hope this helps.
