My name is Simon, I am not sure exactly what to do but i am planning on travelling down the east coast from Brisbane. I am currently in mackay in Queensland at the moment spending time with my sister but plan to start the whole travelling things in 2 weeks
Its good that you have a friend coming with you... i bet thats a relief... i am quite nervous but i suppose there are loads of people do it on their own so i will just go for it hopefully !!

Me and my friend are going to be in Australia like around March 13th for about two weeks how long are you guys going to be out there?

I'm out in Sydney and the New South Wales area for a month. I'm going solo and friggin nervous!
Got nothing set in stone, but looking forward to just going with the flow. Anyone else heading out to Sydney in March? I leave England on the 7th

yeah, i wouldve done it on my own but im even happier that such an amazing friend wanted to share it with me too! but going solo is just as fun i reckon, ive been told nothing about good things when it comes to meeting people and falling into groups/making friends etc!
whats queensland like at the moment? ive heard most parts are still fine!

Queensland is ok where I am and it was good in Brisbane so not spotted any lasting damage. Brisbane was really nice and big place but where I am now is just so hot and humid cause it's in the tropics... But also great cause in the bay where I'm staying you get dolphins coming in and turtles which is amazing.
