All of your sightseeing plans make sense except San Francisco and Alcatraz. A couple of days in LA, over to Vegas, figure 5 hour drive, overnight in Vegas. Then drive down to I would take the , new , drive part of , then overnight in . Up early, all day at the GC, drive back to Williams. A 6-7 hour drive back to LA the next day. A lot of driving, but feasible. Adding SF makes it almost a non stop driving marathon IMO.
