I fly from London on 6th Feb to Singapore. Spending 2 months in SE Asia and then heading to Oz / NZ for a month, then Hong Kong on my way home. Away for 3 months in total. I plan to work my way from Singapore through Thailand, then Cambodia and Vietnam, flying out from Bangkok to Oz.
How long are you travelling for? Have you looked into flights yet? I got a got a really good deal with Trailfinders.
I'm travelling solo too, so be great to meet up with people along the way

I am flying to Bangkok on the 3rd of Feb then straight to Koh Samui.
I going only for 3 weeks....coming back on the 23rd
Hoping to do islands first then probably North of Thailand...what you recone?

I have booked only one night . The night when I am flying in(3rd) in Koh Samui...then gona find something cheaper....(paid 30/night) i am sure I can get something like 10/15 a night elsewere.
So I will be in Kho phanagan on 4th of Feb...looking for place to stay.....

yea mate il be ko phanagan around the 4th....yea il be lookin for accomadation, have u seen anywhere decent when u have been looking??....ive been told coral bungalows is good to stay so might book a place there, going to look over it tonight......

Couple of my mates advised me to get of the boat hire the scooter and find it yourself .That way you get the cheapest deal.(dont have to pay commission etc)
Bungalows is the right way to go close/far enough from the party...the best time is 4 days before the party....

Whats up lads,
I'm doing 2 nights in Bangkok then flying into koh sumi the 5th Feb for 6days to make me way to the full moon party, was planing on heading straight over to koh phang but might have to stay in Koh Sumi for the night depending on what time the ferry's stop as me flight got pushed back a couple hours. I booked the party hostel found it on this sight just to have something cause I heard its a bit of a nightmare looking for somewhere around the time of the full moon party & it was only 15quid a night. Let us know if fancy meeting up for a few drinks.
