Loggin in again after 1 instead of 2 weeks?

Hi,

I had to log in again now?

I have to pretty much log in everytime I visit.

I never can keep track of when I have to log in again (I'd really like if the logged-in period just gets increased with each visit, so that only "not visiting" for two weeks leads to logging out) - but it doesn't really feel shorter than it used to. What I have been experiencing though, about once or twice a week for the last few months, is that I open 10-40 threads in new tabs, and on one of those tabs I appear to be logged out. If I then reload that tab, I'm logged in as always.

Hmm, that could be the case here as well, as it was the third tab that wanted to log in again, the other was fine.
Bit of an incovenience but not a problem if it is just that I guess

Yes, I would prefer that too - I find it quite irritating when I have to log in again when I've visited at least every couple of days (and often every day) during whatever the current period is. I don't see much point in it, as anyone using shared computers shouldn't be ticking the box when logging in anyway.

I'm pretty sure that's actually how it should be working, and used to work. I've switched to private browsing so have to log in anew every time anyway, so didn't really notice this. Also weird re the tabs issue you mention Sander. Basically it looks like the sessions aren't properly working?

Hey all, I updated this now so that it renews the cookie for another 2 weeks every time you visit the site / login. Hopefully it helps!
