I don't think you are aware of how small these towns are. Chokoloskee has a population of about 404 and Everglades City has a population of about 513.
There is one hotel in each city. Everglades City has the Everglades City Hotel and Chokoloskee has the City Hotel. Everglades City also has a bed and breakfast call the Ivey B&B.
Note: These cities started up in the late 1970s and early 1980s as places to smuggle in drugs (primarily marijuana) into the US. Then this was basically halted during the Reagan Administration (1980-1988). Now the people make money raising livestock, running museums, running the hotel and B&B or giving tours of the Everglades.
