Hi ,
I'm intending on travelling to Thailand at the end of June , thus far on my own . Due to having friends with other commitments. Was wondering if anyone has any advice for a lond traveller / or is planning to travel at around the same time. The only things I am certain about is that I want to go to a national park in the north and also to "beachy" destinations in the south. I do want to do touristy things but also would like to see more of the "real" Thailand

Hey , I just had a look. It doesn't seem like that's the kind of thing for me it seems way too rushed only spending a day in each place and for that price you could probably last 2 weeks travelling independently at least. It's a lot to fit in 7 days. I know what you mean though . All I really want is to find people to go with initially and maybe make some plans etc as I think it's the first bit that's most scary ! After that I'm sure it will be easy enough to find people doing similar things or to hang around with. That travel thing just seems a bit time constrained . And doing that much traveling will be so tiring I'm sure I wouldn't be able to relax anywhere. What do you think? Reading it dod make me exited though wohoo X
