Also is 1800 dollars per month/per person enough budget excluding flights and bigger tours (like the salt flats, amazon, MP)?
The budget is OK because Bolivia will cost considerably less and Brazil will possibly cost more per day. It should even out.
Is that Fall northern hemisphere?
I don't know that I would include Huacachina. It is fine if you have time to spare but you have very short stays in some places.
If you are not doing anything in San Pedro de Atacama it isn't worth going. Better go from Salta north and into Bolivia from there. The tours from Tupiza are better anyway.
Most native English speakers who travel in SA have very limited Spanish. Having said that, the more vocabulary you have the more you get out of the trip.
