Just started looking into this, not really sure where to start. Had a quick look at Oz Intro and another one called UltimateOz too, both look helpful...

I looked at both of those and got told they were a bit of a waste of money, all the help they give you setting stuff up any hostel can help with and you meet loads of people in every hostel so wouldn't worry about that either.

OzIntro looks pretty good but I really like the look of UltimateOz. I think it might be better to have someone who is there to specifically look after you when you're getting started. I know I'm going in a bit clueless!
