I've heard Istanbul is great, but I've never been. Would like to go though
The route at the trip to the Azure Coast and Istanbul sounds good. But the trip from Munich to Amsterdam and back to Vienna might be exhausting for just 7 days.
I would start in Amsterdam and go further to Munich and finally to Vienna. An other Option would be Hamburg ( e.g. Reeperbahn or Nivea House) instead of Munich and Vienna.
Thank you for advice, I'll have to decide in a couple of days.
