Hi Charllote
i would say £2000 is definitely enough for one month in thailand unless you book your room on 4-5 stars on whole trip. you may have only problem that you have to solve while you are living in thailand which is rain. late june-early july is a mid of rainy season thus your plan should be flexible enough. with a month long, you can try other unseen places close to your main destinations to discover other things outside your guidebook. for example, thai rice is a very famous one and july is the month to begin planting rice. you can try to it by yourself or have a chance to take photos about thai traditional life. i can suggest more about activities in thailand but i want to know about your travel style first. since i love taking photos like you (my guess), you can get many memorable scenes on this trip for sure.
greetings,
Yo
