Here is my ITINERARY so far, anyone have any suggestions? I'm most interested in anything nature, exquisite towns/cultures/food, not too big of a drinker. Thanks in advanced!

If you need any more ideas about places in Serbia, please ask. Btw Sveti Stefan is in Montenegro, not in Serbia.
When it comes to Serbia , one of the nicest places to visit is definitely the mountain of Tara along with national park Mokra Gora and "Drvengrad" ( made by Kusturica!)
Belgrade is the best option if you are interested in town's night life!
If you visit Tara you can also go rafting.....it's an unforgettable experience if you like adventure in the nature!

it's a pity that you won't see the true italy, Southern part, homeland of ancient historical sites and cities (first greek colonies were in south), volcanos (etna and vesuvio), lovely islands (capri, ischia, sicilian islands...), wonderful sea, delicious food (pizza should be eaten ONLY in Napoli, where it was born, as well as pasta belongs to southern tradition, seafood, vegetables, mozzarella...)
