I've been given a Samsung Tablet running Android Ice Cream Sandwich and am loving it.
Hi John, as far as I know there shouldn't really be any issues playing Youtube videos on Android devices. Just tested on your blog with an Android phone here in the office and it successfully played a video. Most phones should be able to handle the Youtube videos. On iPhones, it will load up the Youtube player rather than play it in the page.
Can you maybe point me to the exact video that you had trouble loading?

I can now play the videos I looked at. I am not sure what happened before. I have been messing around with settings and plugins on Firefox browser, which is the one I try and use. Maybe I'd switched something on or off? I was having a problem using the Android/Google search facility with it.
Now all OK and looking forward to our next trip and Blog!
I'll have to remember all the tricks I used last time re formatting etc! Brain getting addled already! Is there a compendium of hints ñ tips?
