I never travel on a plain before and i just got an invitation to visit South Africa by plain in two weeks to come please help.
please advise me on what to do and what not to do at the airport and in the plain?
1.) Make sure your Passport is current.
2.) Contact the South African Consulate in Windhoek to see if you require a Visa to enter South Africa.
3.) After you've confirmed that your Documentation is correct then you're ready to go to the airport and get on the airplane.

On a more serious note, arrive in the airport a couple of hours before departure - just to make sure you'll get through the airport in time.
Don't bring anything sharp or any toiletries with you in you hand luggage. Keep all that stuff in your suitcase!
Don't believe all the cheap offers in Duty Free shops... They are rarely that good...
And bring some gum... Taking of and descending effects the air-pressure in your eyes... Chewing gum can sometimes help with this...
Enjoy your first flight - it's gonna be an experience... And don't worry of the plane bumps around a bit - that's normal
