Hi there, firstly Cape Town is a really beautiful city, you've made an awesome decision to come here. There is a region called the Atlantic Seaboard which consists of the following places, Gardens, CBD, Waterfront, Bantry Bay, Green Point, Sea Point etc.
I would recommend 4 on Varneys Guesthouse, it is situated in Green Point with walking distance to the V&A Waterfront
It has the luxury of a Hotel with a relaxing comfort and warmth of a guest house where you can meet fellow travellers, holidays makers etc.
