can anybody please relate their experience of entering the USA in New York (that's where I'm going 1st) if you had a criminal record and answered no on the ESTA application. I have seperate convictions for Assault from 2005/2006, no prison time was given but had £200 fine, 18month probabtion & 140hrs community service in total.
