There are very few destinations on your trip where ATMs aren't easily available. Even Burma/Myanmar which just a few years ago was 100% cash now has ATMs in major centres and spreading rapidly elsewhere.
You might be making the banking situation too complicated, but if you go that route be sure that all your logging-on and passwords entering for the multiple transfers originate from a very heavily protected laptop or smartphone and never from a cyber cafe where there's a chance of having key stoke recording software installed. (Unless you're doing everything from a heavily protected flash drive.)
Investigate credit/debit cards (like Post Office) that don't have foreign transaction fees.
A money belt (worn under your clothing) and bum belt (worn where everyone can see) have nothing in common with each other in terms of security.
