I am in a similar position as yourself, I fly out the 28th of December for 6 weeks on my own and am basically looking for friends haha. I am 21 years old, very well travelled and enjoy socialising! I prefer drinking beer than playing sport if I am honest.

Sounds like we'd get along like a house on fire!! I've been to Thailand before, but it was with family when I was 16 so looking forward to doing it properly. Have you got any plans in terms of where you want to visit? The general theme seems to be full moon party on NYE and then a bit of island hopping, but I'm open to whatever.

I'll be out there for New Year's Eve and most of January. I'm thinking the full moon party is the place to be for NYE, does anyone know of the best places to stay during full moon party? I'll be travelling alone so would be good to meet other solo travellers!
