I have been trying to add collaborators to the trip "Spring Break in Alaska", but the the collaborators do not receive the message at all. It would be great if someone could help with this.

Are you sending the invites to email addresses or TP usernames? If it is through email and the addresses are correct, is it possible your collaborators need to check their junk mail folders? If you haven't already, I suggest sending all the details through the so we can take a look.

This problem should now be fixed and the invite should have gone out.
