Vilcabamba, EC

I am a male and I am planning to visit Vilcabamba, Ecuador in May through August 2015. As they say, time is a function of experience, so we'll see if 3 months goes by quickly or it just drags on. I'll have just turned 70 when I do this and I'll be going alone. Something tells me this will be an opportunity to experience myself as a single person and to kind of take a real look at the reality of the life I've lived and maybe make some course corrections if necessary. My goal is to be happy and to share that happiness as best I can. I like the idea of living closer to the earth. I think the Indians got that right. Part of doing this is a reaction to the corporate bottom line mentality I feel all around me. Any comments or questions are welcome.
