I'm planning on travelling around South East Asia this year starting July through to the beginning of September before I go into my third year of University. My friends didn't want to this year so atm im solo but would rather have the company! I've done lots of little holidays before but this will be my first time backpacking. Anyone got similar plans or any advice etc? I havent got any plans set in stone yet so fairly flexible but of course on a budget! I'm a 22 year old from the UK. Easy going and love adventure, trying new things and meeting new people

I'm planning on going to Bangkok in the middle of July for a bit of a break after my uni exams. Trying to get some friends together but they aren't keen so looks like I'm going solo!
If you are keen on exploring Vietnam, I think I will be there from 24th June - 13th July. First time solo traveller getting a little cold feet, would be good to have a travel buddy at some destinations.
