I am a student of English and I am travelling to Africa. Can anyone suggest the best apps or sites that I can get help with English translation. The apps I have seen only translate what you type in and I need a real person to translate for me if I get stuck and don't understand someone in the airport or train station. Any help would be HUGELY appreciated!
I use an app called Speak & Translate which translates speech to speech for many languages. It is a free app which can translate speech from your language to others and back again so that you can communicate with people in different countries. It has African languages, but they are only text to text on this app. If you want speech to speech for African languages, there are other apps which you can search for. Some may not be free and some are. You should have no trouble finding what you want.
