Me and m girlfriend are going to take a vacation in July but i dont know exactly where to go.
Our budget is about, 1500-1800 euro.
I have looked at turkey( bodrum), Greece and some other places but havent find the perfect place yet.
Surfing, canoe/kayaking, water-skiing, some snorkelling and diving, some hiking are usually available on most Greek islands and Greek mainland sea side resorts with decent tourism infrustructure.
Bungyjumping is much much more rare. Waterparks are to be found on some islands, but not so common.
Are you after a package holiday or what? Do note that you can not avoid tons of other visitors and many families on July, especially the latter on July you plan to visit.

mariha2912 is right, Greece seems like a perfect fit and it should be well within your budget. You can do bungee jumping off the bridge of Chalkida near Athens or the Corinth Channel.
