I returned from australia in november and am in the process of getting my super sorted thru travellersxpress who seem to be taking forever and asking for countless documents...the latest being my 2nd year visa...i have submitted several forms of id,arrival & departure stamps etc about a month ago...is this another thing they are doing to slow the process or really necessary? Im getting fed up each month them asking for more info dragging thewhole process out.
