Hi everyone,
I've now just read that Hong Kong put on a firework display at Victoria harbour on the 2nd day of CNY which would be the 24th. Might have to stay an extra day then!
In Hong Kong , the fireworks will show on the second day of Chinese New Year ,
so if you decided to fly home on 24 , that you might miss it.
We also have a parade in Kowloon side on the first day of CNY : )
That’s okay if you want to be here 3 – 4 days before CNY : )
Big sale before CNY!!!!
thanks for the reply eliz! Will fly back on the 25th instead. Looking at hotels/hostels for that week and theres little availability already so need to book v.soon!
