You will have a great time, make sure to check out the many shops in that area.
I don't think you will be able to hunt, due to the rules in Poland, may want to check into this now, and see if you can get a permit for this.
You will love Poland, and plan on spending as much time as you can, since you can't do it all in just a few weeks.
