You're talking about driving licence? Looks like you're from the UK, so your UK driving licence would be fine to use whilst on a temporary visa (which includes WHV).
Yeah, sorry i meant driving licence yes. I dont have plans to drive it's just incase... Do i need the paper part too?
Both photocard & paper part form the licence, so yes. Whether or not you would need to show the paper part is a different matter.

Nope, your licence will be in English so that's no problem for a temporary visa! Tourists, including those on working holiday visas/work & holiday visas are temporary.
Here is a (each state have their own licensing authorities), which would be fairly much the same for all states. Basically temporary visa holders only require their overseas licence if it's in English (if not then a translation, or International Driving Permit). Permanent visa holders have 6 months allowable on their overseas licence before they need to get a local one.
