Wow, exiting times. I literally doing the same as you in about 6 months time though, flying out with no real plans just to go with the flow, i think its the best thing to do. Im starting in India though for about a month then heading Bangkok and doing SE. Asia then working in Aus for a year on a working visa. What sort of budget have you allocated yourself? and also how did you do your working visa? you just payed for it and applied for it already and its valid when you get in the country or you have a set year date set?

For the 6 weeks in SE Asia Ive allocated about £1500 then about £3000 for Australia if I manage to save this much! My working Visa I just applied through the Australian government it was so easy and just £150 I didnt see the point in payin extra to a company to do it! You then have up to a year to arrive in Australia and your visa starts from the day you land. Hope this helps.
