Hi,
I am travelling to Canada in June on a working holiday visa. I land in Toronto and for the first 8 weeks I don't have any plans. After this time I will be joining friends in Montreal and then later onto Nova Scotia with them. So I'm at a loose end for those first few weeks and I am looking for some ideas. Of course there are the obvious things around Toronto and Niagra falls, but anyone have any suggestions of areas worth travelling around Ontario or even down into the States.
I have looked into working on farms. Has anyone any experience of this? I don't need to find a job immediately but this would be a good way to experience the country life and save money at the same time.
Any advice/comments greatly appreciated.
