Anyone on this site from Kent/London/South-East of England and fancy catching up to talk travelling? Last week I started my first job back here, after returning from 18 months away, and the boredom of being back in a routine has really kicked in! Already planning my next trip away (South America I think, but maybe not for a couple of years unfortunately). It is always good to meet up with some like minded people!
I lived in those areas for a lot of years before moving to France. I can't imagine ever going back.
You can always take some short holidays, like maybe a winter break in the Canary Islands where you can be on the beach while the people back home are shovelling snow.
