Contact the UK embassy....this is pretty much their job and they'll be able to tell you exactly what you need.
I have dual German citizenship and I got it through the German embassy. I needed a whole bunch of family documents like birth cirtificates, etc, and I had to fill out the appropriate forms, which were given to me by the embassy.
I am an Australian citizen, looking to travel to Europe and perhaps live and work in the UK. My mother was born in the UK along with my grandparents. Just wondering what the procedure is to obtain a dual citizenship??
If your mother was born in the UK as a British citizen, then you already have British citizenship (unless she lost her citizenship on the way). All you would need to do is .
