The Fiat 500 is a very small car. Is this just for you?
Fuel costs what it costs and you have no choice but to pay for it.
Consider CDW as driver is a bit hazardous in Italy.
Try to park in a garage as they do tow there. Had you not already booked, I would have said pick the car up when you are ready to leave Milan.
A good map is a necessity.
