UK, Ireland and Paris holiday

Hi all, I am trying to plan a trip with my friends in October/November for 3weeks to the UK, Ireland and Paris. My aim is to spend 2-3 days in Paris at some stage but I want to get out and see Ireland, Scotland and a bit of Wales. Can anyone give me some ideas on what to see, where to go and what is the best way to do it? Waiting for a quick advice..

A lot to see in Scotland, Ireland and Wales and the best way to see them is by car (a cheap flight flight will get you to Ireland).

BUT in all three cases, the weather will make or ruin the holiday. A long range forecast talked of snow in October (must be global warming) which would be particularly bad in Scotland if it happened. And not good in Ireland or Wales in out of town places.

That time of year there should be plenty of accommodation about so no need to book weeks early. In your place I would keep my plans fluid and if worse did come to worse, consider a flight down to the Costa del Sol (from UK or Ryanair from Beauvais, a cheap shuttle ride from Paris) instead and look around Seville, Granada, Gibraltar, Cordoba and the like as well as catching some winter sun. Maybe even a visit to Morocco on one of the many tours?
