hey,
ive never stayed in chaweng backpackers hostel but ive stayed very near by to it, "chaweng residence" its dirt cheap,10 baht a month,private swimming pool,huge double bed,kitchen in room,hot shower,satellite tv...
anyway as for the full moon parties,you can get tickets for the boats over from pretty much every tour operator/travel agency in chaweng...boats leave like every half hour all day and night and the same returning from ko phangan to samui,boats returning untill 10am in the morning!!most tickets include a taxi pick up from your hotel too,its all pretty straight forward!!
anyway have fun and make the most of them vodka buckets!!!
