Its all over the internet about getting into america with criminal records and everyone says different things me my family and my partner have booked a holiday to america sandford airport in july next year. my boyfriend however has a criminal record for abh. we dont know weather to declare it or not i need advise please!! x
Before someone can actually comment on it, they will need to know what 'abh' stands for - assault and battery with the intent to do harm? Being an American, it is the first thing that came to mind.
Also, what country will be your departure point? Better yet, for the sake of more information, in which country did this 'abh' occur? And, do you mean Orlando Sanford Airport in Florida?
yes sorry i am in such a state stressing about it. yes assault and battery with the intent to do harm. it occurred in the uk about 4 months ago. he had to go to court and his punishments were 150hours community service and on tag for 8 weeks. the holiday is booked and payed for. we will be leaving from London Gatwick, and yes that airport. I have read so many reviews! and so many websites and none of them tell you the exact thing to do.
