I think she was referring to the non immigrant visa. It allows you to stay 90 days before leaving Tland. You get another 90 days upon re-entry. It is valid for 12 months. Cost is $175, going up Oct. 1 to $200. Here is an on it on another forum.
This visa will solve your problem of going in/out of Tland. You may want to decide if the $200 is worth it. If you accept the free 30 day entry permit, leave for one of your countries for 2-3-4 weeks, fly back into Tland and will you receive another 30 day entry permit. Only 15 days if you cross a land border.
James, this would be a good time to start planning how much time you want to spend in each of the other countries. Then you can decide if using the free 30 day visa will work for you or spending the $200 is the best way to go. Good luck with your planning.
