Hmmmm it's a big continent.
For New Years Eve, Berlin has one of the biggest NYE celebrations in the world at Brandenburg Gate (the city claims it's the largest, but I'm not sure about that...it does often attract around a million people though). London and Paris of course are also HUGE.

You may always visit Greece since the weather in winter is ideal compare to other countries and we also have the largest tree in Europe which is located in Syntagma square where the night before the new year comes you wil have the chance to see popular singers and bands singing for the gathered crowd and have a great time!
