1st post with tickets bought for upcoming trip

Hi Phil, and welcome to Travellerspoint. Sounds like an awesome trip indeed!! Are you doing the US stretch on a motorbike? Is your girlfriend in one of those sidecarts? That's always struck me as a lot of fun

Doing the west coast in a rental car. We were planning on getting up into the Canadian rockies but time may prevent this. We needed the warmth of a car for the mountains. Plus my bike needs a new radiator and is in Florida. Motorcycling the west is awesome & I highly recommend it. I have motorcycled almost every road in California and done trips up to Canada.
