So far, I've visited 6 Canadian provinces:
British Columbia, New York, California and Washington.
I have been to 49 states, only Alaska is left. British Columbia, Alberta,
Ontario in Canada.
Like vegasmike6, I've been to 49 states (all but Alaska). I've also been to Puerto Rico (a US territory). I have not been to Guam or the US Virgin Islands (both US territories).

I have not been to Manitoba, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, Nunavut, or the Northwest Territories.
Forgot to mention--I've also been to Washington, D.C.
Since this is a North American site, I should mention I've also been to 7 states in Mexico, plus their Federal District (Mexico City).
The 7 Mexican states are:
Baja California Norte, Baja California Sur, Yucatan, Quintana Roo, Jalisco, Mexico state (surrounds the Federal District), and Guerrero.
And I've also been to Panama.
My Canadian adventures have brought me to British Columbia, Alberta and Nova Scotia. My US visits are still limited to Washington and New York.
Depending on my travel route in Canada/US this year, it's possible that I could add Oregon, Wyoming, Idaho and Montana to the list.

Had a drink in the bar in San Juan, P.R. while waiting a connecting flight and the same in Houston. Guess those don't really count. Also know the Newark, N.J. airport quite well.
Also have visited Panama.
