We are a family of 4 living in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We have 5 weeks to travel but are unsure where to go. We are looking at traveling the month of June. Our first thought is driving south toward Madrid. We've been to Paris a few times and it is one of our favorites.
You could travel along the coast through Belgium to France and visit places like Nausicaa Aquarium (Boulogne), Rouen (the original capital of France), Mont St Michel, beaches like Le Touquet and Deauville, Bayeux where the tapestry is, etc. Then when you have gone as far as you want, cut across country on the way back.
