I'm unable to login with any of the passwords I usually use (this is my wife's account) and I've asked the system three times to email me password reset instructions but not received them. I've checked the spam folder in both Mail and using webmail and there's nothing from Travellerspoint.
Sure your username is TooMuchBaggage rather than TooMuchLuggage - is ?
Yes, you are right. It is TooMuchLuggage. I'm still not able to get in with that user name.
Is there any way to get my password emailed to the email address on file? I haven't been able to log in for days.
An admin may come along and see this soon, but in the meantime you could and select the option "I've forgotten my login details".
Not sure why there isn't an option for forgotten login details on the login form - Sam/Peter?
Just responded to the message I had through the contact form. Sorry, was a busy weekend and didn't get any chance to look at emails An email should be on its way. Really no idea why you didn't get the other ones though since they should have gone through fine.
@mojorob - There is an option for forgotten details. It shows just under the login form (the main one, not the one in the header of the site).

Ok - if I find myself on the site logged out, I tend to use the login at the top so I hadn't noticed the "main" one. Although I would suggest it may be an idea to include it on the login form in the header both for consistency and ease of use.

The other thing I just noticed with the 2 login forms is that the one in the header offers the choice of logging in with facebook, whereas the other login form doesn't.
This doesn't bother me in that I avoid linking facebook with any other site as I don't trust them with privacy - so I use a different browser for facebook which also deletes cookies when it closes (yes, I'm that sad!!). However it is another inconsistency between the two login forms.
