Ko Phayam or Ko Pu/Jum or other remote islands?

Hi,

I've recently been researching the quieter islands to put on my 'to do' list. I looked over my notes but I haven't noted 'white beaches' or birdlife though I do recall reading about birdlife on one of them (sorry, did not note as not really interested).

I guess you have to choose between Koh Phayam (Ao Yai beach), Koh Jum, Koh Sukorn, Koh Tarutao, Koh Libong or Koh Kradan.
