I'm having to make a flight connection at JFK, switching airlines and terminals. I'm carrying a cat on board and don't want to have to go through security again. Do I have to leave security to ride the airline terminal train from terminal to terminal? Thanks for any help.
There are 8 individual terminals, you can use the Air Train to get from one to another, but yes, you will need to clear security again.
Thanks frequentflyer. Getting a cat through security once in a day is quite traumatic - twice might be the death of both of us
