Hi,
Kevin,
I suggest you get up to if possible. Cool, green, trees, waterfalls, this is where rich French & VN had their second homes.
has a bit on DaLat, plus in my gallery. Good luck with your planning.
Dear you,
I am a vietnamese so I can believe that you will have a fun trip in Vietnam. Vietnam has many beauty spots you can visit such as Halong Bay, Dalat, Hanoi, and so on. Moreover, there are many unique foods in Vietnam you can enjoy.
hope you have a nice trip.
yes i couldnt agree more.
i've been to da lat before. it was a great experience.
Cold weather, lots of flower farm, nice lake, good restaurant. It is a place for relaxing.
I took a tour, it was quite cheap and they showed me around about da lat. it was great.
its just they dont have a night life, they all closed on 9 pm. I couldnt find any bar there.
but the street cafe was ok.. good coffee..
My favorite places are Hanoi, Sapa, Dalat and Hoi An (and my least favorite places are Nha Trang, Cat Ba Town and Saigon). Please avoid long haul buses in this country - the roads are dangerous and the drivers are often drunk or overly tired.
For general info about Vietnam you can't beat
I've been in country four times now, and will be in Hanoi again in Dec '12 - what a wonderful town!
Hi gui!
In Sep is great time to visit Vietnam.
You should visit HoiAn (China Town), Hue (Oldest capital of Vietnam), Da Lat (flower farm). Halong bay and Sapa. You might get bus (open bus), train, flight from HoChiMinh. Do anything you should get detail information before have final decide.
Good Lucky!
After you arrive in Ho Chi Minh City, you can go to visit some famous places around here like: Cu Chi Tunnel, Cao Dai Temple,... or explore [snip] Mekong Delta with small Sampans or Cruises. It is a chance for you know more about local life there - life in rivers.
Next, you can go to visit Da Lat, Hoi An, Hue, Hanoi, Halong Bay, Sapa... discovery from the South to the North of Vietnam. Each places have individual attractions...
